At Popaella we are specialists in cooking popular paellas and at home for events of all kinds: weddings, family celebrations, major festivals, company or school events. We go to where you are and cook the paella on site, with quality products, traditional recipes and a team that takes care of every detail. From small groups of 50 people to large celebrations of over 1,000 attendees, we adapt to every occasion so you don't have to worry about a thing. Our philosophy is clear: to make paellas with heart, with flavor and with party soul.

Team

Behind Popaella there is a small team, but very dedicated: we are two people with more than 10 years of experience cooking paellas for all kinds of events. The soul of Popaella is Ignasi – or as many affectionately call him: the Poppa. That's where our name comes from: Popaella. Because his way of cooking, his charisma and his passion for paella have always been the center of every celebration. We work together to make sure that each event not only tastes good, but also leaves unforgettable memories. We take care of cooking, assembling, serving and collecting... and to do everything with good humor, professionalism and a lot of attention to detail.

Experience

Popaella was born with a very simple idea: to take paella wherever life is celebrated. We have cooked paellas at weddings, schools, companies, popular festivals, communions, anniversaries and all kinds of events, both public and private. We have served from 50 to more than 1,200 people, and we continue to learn in each new challenge. Thanks to this experience, we know what it takes for everything to work well: foresight, professionalism and closeness

Equipment, setup and transport

At Popaella we carry all the necessary equipment to cook the paella on site: professional paella pans, stoves, cylinders, utensils, utensils and support tables. We also offer the option of including plates, cutlery, and beverage service, if the customer wishes. We take care of the transport, assembly and collection, leaving the space clean and in perfect condition at the end.

Spaces

We do not have our own space for events, but we travel wherever the party is. We cook in private homes, farmhouses, public spaces, nightclubs, schools, companies and town halls. We adapt to the environment as long as there is an outdoor space with access to set up our kitchen area. We only need a flat and safe surface to install our equipment, and we take care of the rest. You enjoy, we cook.

Estimated prices

Our prices vary depending on the type of paella, number of people and added services. To give you an idea, we offer: Paella from 12-15€/person (minimum group) Paellas for large events: special rates according to volume Extras: snack service, drinks, desserts, kitchenware, staff, etc. We work with personalized and transparent quotes.
