Live paella showcooking for private events in Mallorca. We cook directly in your home, villa or finca, preparing the paella on the spot with local produce and professional equipment. Our format is designed so that the cooking process is part of the event experience. While the rice is cooked live, you and your guests enjoy the atmosphere, aromas and leisurely pace of a well-made traditional cuisine. Each service is adapted to the type of celebration, number of attendees and time of day. Team

Behind PaellasMallorca.es there is no large company or industrial catering. We are a small team of chefs specialized in rice and showcooking, with a clear way of working: cooking live, without shortcuts and with quality products. We carry out each event personally, taking care of the process and the final result.

Experience

We have been cooking paellas for years in private homes, villas, rural fincas, boutique hotels and terraces throughout Mallorca. We have worked for groups of friends, family celebrations, communions, intimate weddings, anniversaries and private events of different formats, always adapting the service to the environment and the number of guests We don't hold massive events or work in a hurry. Each service is unique: we adapt to the place, the type of guests and the rice you choose. Cooking live, with the heat of the fire and conversation next to you, teaches you to read the times, to improvise when it's windy, to keep the point even when someone asks you for the recipe in the middle of the stir-fry. Our profession is not of school, it is of experience. Learned fire by fire, listening to rice as it is made, smelling when to stir and when to leave it alone. We also know how important trust is: arriving on time, riding fast, not disturbing, leaving everything tidy. That is why our customers repeat – and recommend us – not because we promise the impossible, but because we do what we say well. We cook live, in front of the guests, with fresh ingredients, real fire and respect for the product. Our goal is simple: that the paella is really good and that the experience accompanies the event.

Equipment, setup and transport

We take care of all the equipment, assembly and transport. We carry the complete kitchen equipment: paella pans, burners, gas, auxiliary utensils and everything you need to cook on site safely and professionally. The customer only has to enjoy the event. Travel is included in the service, and we cover the entire island of Mallorca. If access is complicated (more than 100 m away, many stairs, etc.), we assess it beforehand to avoid surprises. We assemble, cook, serve and leave everything tidy. You just put the space. We put the fire.

Spaces

We cook in private spaces such as houses, villas, yachts, rural estates, terraces and holiday accommodations, marinas. We adapt to well-ventilated outdoor and indoor spaces and advise the customer beforehand to ensure comfortable and safe assembly.

Paellas and fideuàs: from 22 € per person Master rice / showcooking service: from 220 € per group We work with groups of 15 people or more. This balance allows us to maintain the quality of the product, the point of the rice and a careful and personalized experience at each event.
